SHARI'YYAH COURT OF USKUDAR The registerial judicial decree-ontebook of the 6/702. Sharfayyah Court of Uskudar include the decrees of court decisions concerning about the incidents in the centers of Uskudar and it's environments between the 1289-1290/1 872-1 873. At this studies, we have given firstly the informations about the courts, kadhi, shari'ayya registers and judicial decrees in the Ottoman Empire. Later, we have introduced the summaries of documents in this registers and transcriptied them. Finally, we assessed the topicst in a short-way. Uskudar between the dates we mentioned above, is the center of a povince related to the Anadolu Military Judge. We dont know definitely the populations in that time and there are two small town, a district and twelve willages in the our registers of judicial decree. While the people live with the trade and daily work in the Center, we have seen the people of willages are busy with farmhand depending on the soil. In Addition, Uskudar is a important center of that-days because it is located in the route between the Anatolia and Capital. From the examination of registerial notebooks, it appear that the Muslim have lived with non-muslim people in the same places. Moreover there isn't i any important political suit except individual inferior incidents between them.
