Renewal and changes in the rented in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098

In this study which is titled as "Renewal and Changes in the Rented in Accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations, No. 6098", the general provisions of the rental law will be taken into consideration, afterwards the renewal and change abilities of the landlord and tenant will be evaluated. At this stage, the issue of renewal and changes in the rented, which is regulated under Articles 320 and 321 of the Code will be assesse in detail. This study consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the general provisions of the rental law according the the Turkish Code of Obligations will be examined. In the second chapter, the concept of renewal and change will be evaluated and the conditions of making renewal and change in the rented will be discussed. In the third chapter, which is the last chapter of this study, the legal consequences of making renewal and change in the rented will be analyzed. At the outset of this study, there will be an introductory chapter which explains the scope of this project and at the end of this study, there will be a concluding chapter which summarizes the main ideas of this thesis.
