Abstract (EN)
Simple partnership is regulated in the articles no. 620 to 645 of Turkish Code of Obligations. Simple partnership is the base of all partnership types. Simple partnership has no legal entity distinct from commercial partnerships which are regulated in the Turkish Commercial Code. A community which do not have legal entity can not have debts and rights on its own. In the study, the relationship procedure between strangers and a partnership without legal entity and legal characteristic of the relationship is analyzed. Furthermore, debts generating from transactions are ascertained.
