Determine the Scale of the Structures of Moral Value for children at the age of 61-72 months old (In the sampling of Ankara)

The currrent research was carried out to the study of validity and reliability in ?Determine the scale of the structures of moral value for children at the age of 61-72 months old? attending to a kindergarten in the sampling of Ankara. The population of the scanning research consisted of children at the age of 61 ? 72 months old attending to a kindergarten in the school term of 2009 ? 2010 in the central towns of Çankaya, Yenimahalle, Altındağ, Etimesgut and Sincan of the city of Ankara. As for the sampling wich the scale will be applied, has been composed of randomly selected it of 553 children. ?Determine the scale of the structures of moral value for children at the age of 61-72 months old? and ?General Information Form?, was used to gather the data of the research and was used to evaluate some similar scale validity.The tasks of reliability and validity were conducted using the data obtained through the application of ?Determine the scale of the structures of moral value for children at the age of 61-72 months old?. In this way, some items decided to be insufficient in discriminating the individuals were not taken out. It was found that most of the items where one dimensional factor structure belonging to sub-tests and sub-dimensions verified for the confirmatory factor analysis results mostly represented the one dimensional factor structure. In the groups on which application was carried out, Cronbach Alpha values of Justice, it was .915 for Responsibility, .917 for Courtesy, .901 for Charity, .922 for Self-Confidence, . 929, for Leadership, .923 for Respect, 913 and for Patience, .881 for the reliability of the scores of Determine the scale of the structures of moral value. The fact that Cronbach Alpha values were found high showed that the inner coherence was high. Concerning these results, it was accepted that the Determine the scale of the structures of moral value are valid and reliable for Turkish Children at the age of 61 ? 72 months old.
