According to the code of civil Procedure numbered 6100 simple jurisdiction procedure

The simplified procedure, regulated in the Law Of Civil Procedure numbered 6100 section between 322 to 316. The simplified procedure was adopted for some cases, and works with the aim to resolve the drowbacks of heary and long-running trial proceedings in the written procedure; a special proceedings is based on simplicity and quickness. Both contentious and non-contentious jurisdiction is applied. Civil Procedure of Law numbered 6100 with the entry into force of the applications has increased the importance of expanded and more; because removing the series and oral proceedings, instead of the two proceedings was adopted to apply the summary procedure.
