The law no. 6360's effect on the profession of the civil administration, the city of Ordu sample

Turkey has a deep–rooted history of public administration system. Alongside changing world conditions, Turkey's administrative system has also changed. In recent years, it is clear that there has been a tendency towards decentralization. Law article with the number of 6360 put into effect as a result of this decentralization tendency, has created critical impacts on the profession of the civil administration. The profession of civil administration, which has been practiced for almost 150 years, has now abandoned some areas of duty. This situation also changed the perception of the administrative authority in the public eye. In this context, the thesis, aimed to find out the change of perception on the profession of civil administration the future of the profession, satisfaction with the services provided in the province of Ordu by surveying both citizens and administrative authorities.
