Abstract (EN)
In this study, discipline crimes and sentences have been explained according to numbered 657, named ?Public Officers Law? (DMK) and any constitutions connected with the subject. In the first chapter of the study, we explained the concept of discipline how and it should be undertood. In the second and third chapter of the thesis, discipline crimes and sentences have been clarified respectively. Also, judicial protection remedies for theese sentences have been emphasized.
