Termination of the rental agreements on request in accordance with the law numbered 6570 on Real Estate Rentals

The topic of termination of the rental agreements on request in accordance with the Law numbered 6570 on Real Estate Rentals has been examined so as to identify the conditions under which the rental agreements can be terminated on request and to ensure better understanding of the Law numbered 6570 by clarifying the rights of landlords and tenants.Our study is made of two parts: the first part deals with the rental agreements and the scope of application of the Law numbered 6570 on Real Estate Rentals while the second part deals with the explanation of the termination of the rental agreements on request in accordance with the Law numbered 6570 on Real Estate Rentals. In this framework firstly the termination of the rental agreement as a result of the discharge case based on the housing need, which is regulated by the provision m.7/I/b of the Law numbered 6570, is taken into account. The termination of the rental agreement as a result of the discharge case based on the workplace need, which is regulated by the provision m.7/I/c of the Law numbered 6570 and the termination of the rental agreement as a result of the discharge case based on the housing or workplace need of the individual who acquires the leasehold, which is regulated by the provision m.7/I/d of the Law numbered 6570, is examined followingly.
