Abstract (EN)
Today, developments in the socio-economic field have significantly limited the movement areas of people. This situation causes a decrease in movements such as walking, moving, and doing sports. For this reason, activities such as sports and exercise have become important in the lives of individuals to maintain a healthy life. One of the important sporting activities that provide mobility to individuals is swimming. Swimming is meaningful movements that enable individuals to cover certain distances in water. Swimming as a sport is that an athlete completes the determined distances in the water in a short time by using various techniques such as back, free, butterfly. Swimming is a sport in which all body muscles are used. Ballistic training is a type of training that increases the development of movement of the joints by making movements such as springing and stretching the muscles, and enables dynamic and fast movement by becoming sensitive in sudden movements. The concept of ballistics refers to a training method in which the body is reflected in a sudden flight phase and therefore can include exercises such as jumping, shooting or striking. Purposse: In this research, investigated.that the effect of 6 weeks at swim ballistic training on grab and track starts.
