Abstract (EN)
This research has been done for seeking the impact of lasting 8 weeks swimming education program in young sedentary males, on capillary oxygen saturation, respiration, circulation and some metabolic parameters.This research includes an Experimental Group in which there are 40 people who are 26,15 +/- 2,77 average years, 175,88 +/- 3,68 cm average length and 78,13+/- 11,41 average weight and a Control Group in which there are 40 people who are 25,62+/-2,34 average years, 175,95+/- 3,39 cm average length and 78,10 +/- 10,50 average weight.In the committed measurement, to measure the capillary oxygen saturation Choice Med Finger Pulse Oximeter, to measure respiration functions Spirometer (M.R. Spirobank) , to measure metabolic parameters Tanita Innerscan BC532 branded analyzer, and to measure circulation parameters Stethoscope and Sphygmomanometer were used. To process the raw datum which were obtained from the measurement , SPSS-16 pocket program was used. The results of the 3 measurement of experimental group and the control group, which were done during the eight weeks, were compared. The difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the 3 average measurement , in repetitive measurement Variance Analysis , and to find out which group causes the discrepancy Tukey-HSD tests were applied. To see the difference between the experimental and control groups independent sample T-Test was carried out. In the comment of differences among the variations 0,01 and 0,05 were elected as meaningfulness level.While in the experimental group, the results of the capillary oxygen saturation and respiration parameters were found highly meaningful in term of statistical (p<0,01), In the control group in term of statical there was no meaningful difference (p>0,05).In the measurement results of the experimental groups? metabolic parameters,the measurement difference among the fat percentage, total body liquid , body suet and bone mass, was found as meaningful in terms of statical level (p<0,01). On the other hand the measurement difference between body muscle mass and metabolism was found as statical meaningful (p<0,05). Despite that the difference between the measurement results of the experimental group in terms of the body weight and mass index couldn?t be found as meaningful (p>0,05). The results of the control group in terms of metabolic parameters measurement, were found meaningless as statical (p>0,05).The results of the circulation parameters of the experimental group were found meaningful at the level of (p<0,01). The results of the circulation parameters of the control group were found meaningless in terms of statical.As a conclusion; It has been observed that lasting 8 weeks swimming education program has a positive level impact on young sedentary males in terms of capillary oxygen saturation, respiration, circulation and some metabolic parameters.
