Abstract (EN)

Sharia registers have an important place in terms of the subjects it contains. It shed light on the period in which it was written in social, economic, political and administrative fields. When the records in it are examined, it is possible to see both the problems faced by the human being, which is a social entity, and what attitude is taken in legal terms. As a result of the analysis of the documents in the Şiran Şeriye Register numbered 8191, many different issues directly related to the social and economic field such as the assignment of guardian, the inheritance issue, the sale of property, the case of theft, theft were identified. In the Registry numbered 8191, 205 documents were examined and the basis of the study was formed. Of these, 116 are heritage, 38 are guardian assignment, 51 are socio-economic and heritage. It is seen that 12 of the total documents examined in the registry belong to non-Muslim persons. According to this; 36 of the appointments of guardians belong to Muslims and 2 to non-Muslims. In 116 heritage cases, 107 belonged to Muslim persons, while 9 belonged to non-Muslim persons. In the record of 6 property sales, 1 non-Muslim property sale was found. The study consists of three parts. In the first chapter, information about Şiran accident is given in terms of time, place, concepts and institutions and basic issues are explained. In the second part, the issue of the assignment of guardians and inheritance in Şiran in social and economic terms is clarified and reinforced with the examples in the registry. In the third chapter, social, economic and miral issues are emphasized.
