Abstract (EN)
Ayniyat (Property) Books that started to be kept since the Tanzimat period; These are the notebooks recorded by the "Sadaret authority" in order to answer the letters sent to the provinces, ministries and various offices in the 19th century Ottoman Empire. Ayniyat Books are to take place in the source of "Bab-ı Ali Document Room" of the Prime Ministry of Ottoman Archives. These record books; It contains information on many subjects such as administrative, judicial, social, economic and public complaints. In this study, the transcription and evaluation of the Haleb Ayniyat (Property) Book (H. 1295-1296/ M. 1878-1879), numbered 870, found in the source "Bab-ı Ali Document Room" was made. There are requests (Arz-ı hâl), small permits (Shukka) and biographies (Tezkire) of the Aleppo province and the sanjak and districts of Aleppo in the Aleppo Ayniyat (Property) Book numbered 870. Information about the administrative, judicial, social and economic situation is obtained in the examined book.
