Abstract (EN)

Today, aluminum and aluminum alloys are increasingly used in industrial applications. It is possible to come across aluminum alloys in many areas, from the transport sector to the space industry. Machined aluminum products are frequently used in areas such as machinery manufacturing, while welded joining applications of aluminum alloys are seen in areas such as shipbuilding and automotive manufacturing. The reasons why aluminum alloys are often preferred are low specific gravity and high corrosion resistance. In this study, pulsed current, double pulse current, cold metal transfer, pulsed cold metal transfer and pulsed high controlled current parameters of AA5083 aluminum and alloys with dimensions of 150x250x3 are boiled and welded samples are categorized by tensile test, bending test, metallographic examination and vickers hardness measurements.
