The consistency and transformation analysis of social policy of Turkey in the proces of EU integration

The European Union having started out of the idea of being an economic union, over time, turning into political and cultural union, by expanding, has strived on deepening integration by slogan `? unity in variety, difference in unity. ?? The most important politics which deepening being influential and social dimension stress are undoubtedly social politics. Also, as of end of the 2005,Turkey having started negotiations of membership responded by its National Program to Document of Partnership of Participation the European Commission published, has undertaken reforms it will fulfill. Criterions of Maastricht which is basic criterion of accord of the social policy considerably have been fulfilled, in the first , ILO agreement, expressly ,working life has been started to be reconstructed.Social policiy which is entire of the social relations intended for common situation of society forms social responsibility of the governments intended for improving social peace in society, justice, social balance, living conditions. In the European Union, social policies are performed as a body with economical and social goals. Social policies reflect improving living conditions, social balance, social justice, social welfare, value of the European society model with democracy and human rights. Not only is social policy of the European Union limited with acquis communitaire, but also it contains trade-union rights. Being compatible with the union of the social policies of Turkey wanting to join to the European Union, will provide improving social situation of Turkey and will also create support for social problems of Turkey. By modifying on some legislations in this way, by constituting new legislations, Turkey has concentrated its works with modifications of the constitution and accord programs.In this consistency, the study subjects social policies of the European Union to a socio-politic analyze by all details and by taking picture about this political area of Turkey, aim to present comparatively variation and transformation being observed in areas falling under social policy on membership process. Naturally, arguments of political and legal integration has been excluded from the study.
