Abstract (EN)
Personal Credit sector rapidly develop in Turkey which is during the time of joining to European Union. Due to the gradually increasing trade capacity and personal wealth, especially at Europe and also at all the all the world, personal credit portion in the banking sector increases and becomes more important. For this reason peronal banking is arousing customers interest and it become a new searching area for the researchers. Personal credit becomes a unforsakeable part of banking sector. At the Turk Personal Credit sector which has dynamic structure becoming important changes. There for Turk banks always renew theirselves for conforming the changes in this sector. This thesis is about personal credit and the changing politics in personal credit sector during the time of beig a member of European Union. Also it searches personal credit kinds and regulations ın Turkey and ın European Unıon. Besides it searches the new structure?s adaptation arrangements and the education methods of bankers about personal credit . At the end of the thesis, it gives new proposals about the education methos of personal credit and makes the critisim of the personal credit arragements.
