Abstract (EN)

The thesis, that goals to compare the aid system between Turkish and EU SMSe? s in the process of the joining of Turkish Republic to the EU, is divided in to four chapters. In the first chapter SMSe? s are stated on the theoretical stage. In this stage they are stated with theirbasic characters, evaluated in the historical background and give sample definations from foreign countries (other of EU Countries) and international foundations. In this chapter the definations ofTurkish SME?s and EU definations has not been mentioned because of the systematic of the paper.The main goal in this chapter is to clarify the SMSe? s from the side of literature. In the second chapter, the subject is stated from the side of EU. Because of the systematic, theSMSe? s are defined from the side of EU and from the side of some of EU countries,evaluated in the historical background and than the aids that are givven to the SMSe?s are examined. The main goalin this chapter are to define the positions of SMSe?s in the EU, explain the reasons of supportingSMSe?s and to understand the means and goals of supporting the SMSe?s. In the third chapter, the subject is stated from the side of Turkey. First, the different definations ofSMSe?s from the sides of different foundations and than aids are examined. The main goal of thischapter to explain the SMSe? s in Turkey and define the aids to the SMSe?s In the fourth and last chapter, the datas that are shown in the chapters of second and third are aimed to be compared.
