Abstract (EN)

Abd al Malikb. Marwân who engraved in history of Islam ruler of the Umayyads. When he came to power important part of the Islamicworld obeyed to Abdullah b. Zübeyr. Umayyads had a small area Abd al Malik b. Marwân made a signi ficant reforms in govern ment agencies by dominating the whole Islamic world in short time. He empowered the army and improved the post organization. He was the first person to have coined the Money in Islamic history. Translating the Divan in Arabic and accetuating the Quran were some of the deeds which were made in this period The period of the Abd al Malik b. Marwân was quite important regardless of history of sectarions. Sectarions were much more adjacent to political movements at this period. There wasn't an improved system of Kelam at this period The period of Abd al Malik b. Marwân was a period that came out of sectarion Mürcie. The wars existing among the Muslims and then a result of the wars Murcia sectarion had come out as a recction of making into heretic to who were opposite of Muslim. The period of Abd al Malik b. Marwân was a period segregated bronches of Khâridjites. At the period in Khâridjites, there were arucial diffrence in opinion and thus they divided branches. Abd al Malik b. Marwân's period has been a quiet period in terms of Shi'a. The canflicts experienced in the previous period. The pecceful attitude of the Shi'a leaders was a major factor in the calm of this period. This period was a period of intense debates of fate. Umayyads administration claimed that the events were will of God in order to decrease reactions to their actions. Abd al Malik b.
