Abstract (EN)

Abdurrahman Pasha was born in 1836 in Kütahya and died in 1912 in İstan-bul. The Germiyanoğulları he is the grandson of Hacı Mustafa Ağa and Hacı Mir-zâde. Abdurrahman Pasha is among the state officials of the period of Abdülhamid II. The aim of our study; about the very back of the history of the history of the unre-vealed that we find and remove from the back of the life of the person is to touch a little bit. The framework of our study; It covers the years 1836-1912. Pasha, During his early years in office, he served in administrative positions alongside his father, such as the Keshabath and his Divan book. He also served as governor of Shumen, Varna and Nis, and governor of Prizren, Tuna, Ankara, Diyarbakir and Baghdad. During the grand vizier of Mithat Pasha, he rose to the vizierry. Abdurrahman Pasha, who is known by the Ministry of Justice for his role in the history of Turkish law, is among the most recent Ottoman state ministers. The long-term governorate of Kastamonu will be mentioned. Our study consists of 5 parts; Part 1; Abdurrahman Nureddin Pasha's family, childhood, education and first duties; Governorships in the Danube, Prizrin, AnkaraBaghdad, Diyarbekir, Tripoli Section 2; The events during the short-term sadrabzism, the Egyptian issue, the abolition and resignation from the grand vizier, Section 3; Kastamonu governor's office and the governorates he made, Section 4; Courtship and events, Sadrâzam power and death, In Section 5; Pasha, personality and works will be explained.
