Degree of floristic Acarlar Longozu the properties were determined. The study area is on the A3 square according to Davis's Grid Frame System. As a result of the studies carried out in the Acarlar Longozu, there were 320 genera, 560 species and subspecies taxa belonging to 102 families. Of the taxa identified in the area, 8 belong to Pteridophyta, 552 to Spermatophyta, 4 of which belong to Gymnospermae and 548 to Angiospermae subdivision. The taxa belonging to the Angiospermae subdivision belongs to the class of Monocotylodonae while the remaining 456 taxa belong to the class Dicotilodonae.
