Determination level mobbing, exhausted and hazard occupational of first aid and emergency response personnels in Gümüşhane Provience

Emergency aid means excluding individuals from their candiflans being exposed to disaster,intervening in people in need of first aid,applying medical care with available facilities , providing temporary housing and taking precautions such as public health and community health care to prevent the occurance of extra health problems. The aim was to determine occupational problems encountered by the immediate aid satff during their duty. In this study, it was tried to determine the occupational problems faced or possible to be faced by the finefighters,AFAD staff, nurses and UMKE health care prouders in Gümüşhane. A questionnaire was applied to reach the aim of study. In thıs study th data were applied to 108 people working in the center of Gümüşhane. Data analysis was done using SPSS 22 program. Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, Correlation, Anova-Turkey HSD test were applied.When the results of the study were examined, it was found out that mobbing and burnout syndrame existed in every occupational group but UMKE health care providers were the ones exposed to mobbing and experiencing burnout sendrome mostly. It was found out that physical and burnout syndrome rates were higher in individuals guarding at night than those working day long. Working canditions should be rearranged to minimize mobbing and burnout syndrome.
