Abstract (EN)

In this master's thesis, production plan design of an open pit coal mining, which was in Soma region Eynez basin, was conducted considering 378 drillholes and 12 faults' information on fault-controlled slope instability. Taking into consideration factors affecting production plan design, reserve amounts of Eynez Open Pit Mine were calculated using faults' locations, directions, dips and dip directions in cope with field's engineering jeology properties. In addition, producible reserves in areas between all the fault lines were calculated seperately and were compared relative to the reserve of the total open pit area. Reserve calculations were made relatively by using triangulation, inverse distance, kriging and polynomial modeling methods and results were compared.
