Abstract (EN)

Although conference software used for distance education offers a very simple and understandable interface to the user, there is a very complex structure in the background. Let alone ensuring the continuity of such a complex structure, it is necessary to spend a long time in order to transfer it to a new environment when needed and to achieve the same stability. This study will explain how the structure and software in the distance education infrastructure in a university are installed as automatically as possible, the necessary maintenance is carried out, and the actions taken against the problems that occur are automated as much as possible. In addition, the data obtained from this structure will be processed and will show its support to the decision mechanisms. Computer software, which is advancing rapidly day by day, has brought problems such as the management, maintenance, updates and working environments of these software. Although the solutions brought to the problems are helpful, they are insufficient in many respects for the needs. Effective management of these resources, which are used in computer and information infrastructures, is very important. It is very effective in the management of the cost of these resources that the resource needs that may increase due to various reasons are rapidly expanded and narrowed when not needed. Flexibility in infrastructure costs is important, but it becomes troublesome as transactions are repeated. Even if there are various automation tools to meet the need, it does not always give the desired result when the configurations are considered. In such cases, solutions to meet the needs of the configuration should be created once only. In the gains achieved, it has been explained that the installation and maintenance process, which consists of almost hundreds of stages, has been reduced to a few steps with the created scripts and the use of configuration tools, resulting in significant time savings.
