Özet (EN)

Objective: A new minimally invasive technique is a method of implementation results locked plate open tibia osteosynthesis plaques, union rates, infection rates seen, wanted to assess the rate of nonunion.Patients and methods: This is included in the study between March 2008 and December 2009 because of open tibia fractures admitted to the Dicle University Medical Faculty Orthopaedics and Traumatology department locked plate indirect reduction technique can be used and adequate follow-up study of 41 patients were included. The mean follow-up period in 18 months di (range 12-30 months). Mean duration of hospital stay, 6:04 days (range 3-11 days). 32 patients were men (78%), 9 'u women (22%) It was. The mean age was 31.68 ± 10.7. (range 16-64). Open tibial fractures, patients were classified according to Gustillo-Anderson classification. Accordingly, 13 (31.7%) fractures type I, 21 (51.2%), fracture type II, 6 (14.6%), fracture type III, 1 (2.4%) fractures were type III CResults: Of the 41 patients included in our 38 'patients (92.7%) complete union of the 3' patients (7.3%) delayed union görüldü.Tip I open fractures, all patients showed complete union. Patients with type II open fractures in 18 patients (85.7%) complete union, 3 of the patients (14.3%) and delayed union. Type III open fractures seen in all the full union. In 2 patients (4.9%) developed plaque failure. 39 (95.1%) patients developed plaque failure. Record the type of failure, according to the evaluation of the patients with open fractures, 13 Type I open fractures were observed plate failure, 21 type II open fracture 2 patients (9.5%) showed plaque failure. This type of open fracture in terms of plate failure as a statistically significant (p = 0.001) showed the difference.Patients in 10 (24.4%) were superficial infection. One (2.4%) patient developed a deep tissue infection. One (2.4%) patient developed osteomyelitis. Conclusion: In light of our results in the treatment of open tibia fractures in a minimally invasive technique permanently locked plating; İMÇ'lerle with the low infection rates because of high union rate and low non-union is a reliable method.
