Uluslararası ilişkilerde çevre problemlerinin devletlerin politik kararlarına etkileri

The relationship between the mankind and the nature and the nature was reversed. Formerly the natural environment was determining on the man, today the situation of human race changed radically with the development. However, the nature which is necessary for the life on the ground dominated absolutely all the living. History of the pollution is already history of the mankind. Today, excessive using of the technology and industry threaten nature and humankind. The challenge of the environment and energy present problems more important as require international solutions and the co-operation on the level of all actors: the States, International Firms, NGOs and IGOs. We don?t condemn to environmental effects in a considerable way. The environment is a reality which one cannot deny his negative incidences in each field of the life and requires political solutions.
