Reasons for children's sexual abuse and preventive measures in terms of forensic science

Neglect and abuse of children are an important social problem that continues today. It is sexual abuse that an adult has used the child by persuading or forcibly to satisfy their sexual desires and desires. Neglect and abuse that cause childhood traumas are associated with forensic medicine and are an important phenomenon that needs to be examined closely from the point of view of Forensic Science. Abuse is also common today, but often kept secret. In our country, the Ministry of family, labour and Social Services carries out extensive work to protect abused or neglected children. In these studies, the safety of the child is ensured by taking the necessary measures within the institution. If there is a danger to the safety of the abused child who is protected and cared for, the organization in which he stays is kept secret. Communication with the parents of the child remaining in the institution is provided by staff during certain days and hours December. In cases of incest, the child is not brought together with the abuser and is tried to keep away from psychological trauma decisively. If the child is safe with his or her parent, the child is supported by some precautionary decisions in the homestay. These practices are aimed at protecting children. In recent years, the number of child abuse in Turkey has been increasing and studies have been insufficient. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the importance, types, risk factors and legal basis of child abuse in terms of Forensic Sciences as a whole. It is an investigation of what is missing aspects of what is mentioned in national and literature surveys in which protective and preventive measures are applied to children who have been subjected to abuse. Most of the sources investigated reveal that the only dimension of abuse is addressed, touching either before or after the abuse. This thesis combines pre-abuse factors, moment of abuse, suspect identification and post-abuse child benefit studies with forensic science as a whole. We believe that disclosure of Buddha abuse cases and Prevention of abuse will also be of great importance.
