Özet (EN)

Nowadays, the reasons for the delinquency of children in adolescence appear to be a multifaceted and complex phenomenon. As of the current period, in order to prevent the child from being dragged into a crime in this complex situation, it becomes important to get to the source of the problem and identify the causes of it. In recent years, the increase in juvenile delinquency during adolescence in the world and in Turkey demonstrates the importance of the issue and makes it mandatory to take preventive measures. It is believed that it will be easier and more economical to analyze the causes, take preventive measures and come up with solutions to this problem by evaluating the factors that push their children to crime during adolescence. Juvenile delinquency causes alarming consequences for the future of societies. The measures and legal regulations taken to prevent juvenile delinquency in adolescence are sometimes insufficient. Therefore, it is important to take parental opinions in the prevention of crime before it occurs or in the establishment of preventive measures. It is believed that alternative solutions and preventive measures aimed at preventing crime based on the causes of crime will have a positive effect on reducing the rates of child crime. In this study, it is aimed to develop alternative solution proposals in line with the opinions of parents regarding the reasons why children in adolescence are drawn to crime and measures to prevent crime. The opinions of the parents of the children in adolescence about the subject were obtained by the survey method and the data were analyzed statistically.
