Digital forensic: Bank fraud techniques analysis

Using digital forensic and research techniques is a way to get data and analyze different types of digital storage devices. With digital forensic techniques, lost or damaged data can be removed from the storage media. The data is called the digital forensic industry and its main component. Therefore, it is a concern for every organization or individual and its spread cannot be ignored. Companies spend thousands of dollars to ensure corporate data security. So that, data protection helps assess large-scale vulnerabilities that will be recovered after data theft (cyber attack) or loses. The number and severity of cyber attacks are increasing rapidly. When the attack occurs, the attacked organizations have predetermined actions. Digital forensic involves the collection and analysis of digital data to prove whether internet-related theft is being done. In this thesis, digital forensic bank fraud techniques and protection methods will be discussed. The most common information technology crimes occur in ATM and Internet today. Therefore, the study will be terminated with an emphasis on the cases of ATM fraud and Internet fraud from cybercrime specified in the study and to raise awareness.
