Abstract (EN)
Evaluating the problem of disability only in terms of psyclology, sociology and medicine is not enough. Human is a wise and qestioner creature. So he can ask questions such as "Why does Allah create people as disabled while he has the power of perfect creation?" Because of these questions, the issue must also be handled in terms of creator-creature (theology). Speech sects try to explain this issue in contex of "justice, wisdom, ownership." Disabilitiy causes some physical, emotional and social problems both on the disabled individuals and the people looking after them. As a result, some difficulties come out for disabled people such as seeing himself/herself noneffective, feeling lonely and experiencing discrimination. There must be awareness against this situation. Sometimes, these problems faced by disabled people and their relatives may cause their rebellion and questioning the poetical justice.
