Abstract (EN)

It is important that the performance of people in terms of physical, physiological and motor skills at any stage of their life should be within reasonable limits in terms of following the fitness level outside the abstract dimension of health. In this study, some physical, physiological and motoric development features of sedentary male individuals who are aged of 14, 15, 16 and 17 in adolescence period have been examined. In this research in which experimental scanning method has been used, the study group has been created with 85 male students who do not have any health problems and are studying at Elazığ Kaya Karakaya Fine Arts High School on a volunteer basis. In addition to the measurements of the participants' height, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, flexibility, balance, speed, strength, strength, aerobic capacity, resting heart rate and blood pressure have been measured. In the statistical analysis of the obtained data, SPSS 22.0 package program has been used and One Way Anova test and Post Hoc Tests have been taken into consideration in comparing multiple groups. According to whether the distribution of the data is normal or not, the level of correlation between the two values has been evaluated by looking at the Pearson or Spearman Rank correlation coefficients. In the result of measurements and tests, while it has been seen that there is a similarity between groups in terms of body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, flexibility, sit-ups, and blood pressures (p>0,05), it has been determined that there are differences in terms of body height, body weight, hip circumference, balance, strength, aerobic and anaerobic performance, and speed and resting heart rate (RHR) (p<0,05). It has been determined that the significant difference has been seen generally more clearly in the age groups of 14 and 17 and on the other hand 14 and 15 age groups have exhibited similar features. It has been also determined that the speed feature has a significant relation with aerobic performance in each age group and this feature develops more significantly with the age, and the heart beat rate with a significant decrease after the age of 14 has reached a similar efficiency table in age groups of 15,16 and 17. At the end of the research, it can be said that the significant and positive change in physical, physiological and motor development features of different age groups in adolescence period have come into view sometimes in 1 year sometimes more than that and significant relationship dimensions of these features with each other are also in a different course depending on the age.
