Abstract (EN)

This study aims to compare the effects of Schroth and Core Stabilization exercise methods on spinal health, posture, and quality of life in adolescents diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS). In the study, 30 participants diagnosed with AIS were divided into two groups and trained with both exercise methods for 10 weeks. The effects of the exercises were evaluated based on Cobb angles and rotation degrees, and compared through statistical analyses conducted using the SPSS program. The results obtained provide significant insights into which method may be more effective in the treatment of AIS and contribute to the development of such exercise protocols in the future.
