Abstract (EN)

Although in a variety of definitions of the concept disaster, the most common and accepted is the definition adopted by the United Nations. According to this definition;"Causing physical, economic and social losses for humans, stopping all kinds of normal life or by interruptions affects the national society and cannot be dealt with by local facilities, all kind of natural, technological or man-made events"are called disaster. In any case of disaster, providing organized and planned aid for victims and the affected peoples is possible with a planned disaster management. As for transmitting the aids to the in needs timely and adequately, a result of the preparation phase of an effective disaster management, planned and effective logistics enters the circuit. Disaster logistics take place in six correct frame. The right amount of aid to the right people who in need at the right place, at the right moment, by using right methods, conveying the right aids era constitue that six correct principles. As for conveying adequete amount of aids to in needs as port of other principles are needed to inventory control should be done planned manner. Making inventory controls at best and effectively, choosing of the most accurate method and as a result of the scientific analysis that made by taking into considuration of demand occured in the past year's will be possible. As a result, as one of the most important part in the disaster logistics the reduce of or eliminate of losses of arising from future disasters would be possible by making of inventory control of aid staffs.
