In this study, the phenomenon of disaster logistics, which can be seen with the naked eye, is examined. The importance of the concept of disaster logistics, which includes the provision of many activities such as search and rescue, nutrition, housing, drinking and utility water, maintaining the health activities before and after the disaster after zero seconds and after the natural and man-made disasters in our country and the world clearly observed. The biggest goal of the disaster is to return to normal life in a short time. The short path of this aim is the concept of disaster logistics. In this sense, it was investigated in the Ayvacık earthquake area of Çanakkale; Disaster logistics management problems are tried to be determined. Qualitative and quantitative data collection methods were used during the study. As a qualitative method of study, semi-structured expert interview interviews with experts and focus group interviews were held with the victims. As a quantitative method, a questionnaire was conducted with the field personnel who were involved in disaster response and with the scale of the evaluation of logistic services in disasters. In addition, during data collection, discovery trips were made to institutions and different data collection methods such as sound recordings, notepad creation and photographing were also used. Validity and reliability tests were applied to the studies and reliability value was determined above 95%. Participants of the questionnaire conducted with 5-point Likert scale preferred to agree with the participants. While the satisfaction of the victims in delivering assistance, deficiencies in permanent housing services and rights ownership have been identified. In the semi-structured interview conducted with the experts, it was determined that there was a lack of authority, drill training and significant deficiencies in the preparation stage, the fact that TAMP and service group concepts could not be applied in the field, the service group logistics did not occur at all, and the inaccuracy of the active use of the information received from the headmen during the disaster logistics management activities was emphasized.
