Abstract (EN)
The most important feature of public expenditures is that they are made within the framework of certain criteria for the fulfillment of public services. The main purpose of the provision of public services is to increase the welfare of individuals in the society. Public expenditures generally mean that the state purchases and purchases goods and services to meet the needs of the public. Such a phenomenon is of greater importance for developing countries such as Afghanistan. Therefore, it is important to examine whether public sector expenditures contribute to the economic growth and welfare of societies. The aim of this study is to discuss the effects of current investment and transfer expenditures on growth by examining the public expenditures by examining the data regarding the recent years. Scientifically, it aims to outline the effects of Afghanistan on public spending, economic, educational, health, infrastructure, income distribution and poverty. In this thesis, a summary of the general outlook on the structure of Afghanistan is presented, but the country's education, health problems, as well as income distribution and poverty will be addressed. Based on the literature in our study, various sources, tables, graphs and data will be utilized. This research consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the problem, aim, importance and method of the research are explained and related researches are examined. In the second part, general information about Afghanistan is given. In the third chapter, the general economic situation of Afghanistan is examined. In the fourth chapter, information about the public expenditures of Afghanistan is given. Finally, it was interpreted in the conclusion section. Key Words: Afghanistan, Afghanistan economy, public expenditures.
