Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effect of 8 different artificial diets with different salt and vitamin ratios on food consumption and development of Agelastica alni larvae were investigated. Vitamin and salt ratios of diets used in feeding experiments are as follows: V/T, 0,5V/T, 2V/T, V/0,5T, V/2T, 0,5V/0,5T, V/-T, -V/T. According to the results of the study; maximum consumption was determined for larvae fed on D (V / 0.5T) and minimum food consumption was determined for larvae fed on E (V /2T) diet. There was a negative relationship between dietary salt content and food consumption consumption, and a positive relationship between vitamin content and vitamin intake and food consumption. The highest dry pupae mass was determined for larvae fed on C (2V / T) diet and minimum pupa mass was determined for larvae fed on E (V / 2T) diet. No correlation was found between the salt or vitamin content of the diet and dry pupae mass. The highest amount of pupa lipid was found for larvae fed on C (2V / T) and the least amount of lipid was fed on E (V / 2T) diet. There was a positive correlation between the vitamin content and vitamin content of the diet and the amount of pupa lipid, while a negative correlation was found between the salt content of the diet and the amount of pupa lipid. While the vitamin content of the diet and the amount of vitamins taken affect the amount of crude pupa protein; the salt ratio of the diet and the amount of salt taken does not affect the amount of crude pupa protein. As the vitamin content increases, the developmental period of the larvae decreases.
