Özet (EN)

Pain is identified as; the body through a certain area, resulting in tissue damage depends on, with or with out the person's past experience relates to unpleasant emotional feeling and behavior, by the International Pain Research Association Taxonomy Committee: Another type of Pain is Nociception and also defined as, skin, muscle, connective tissue and internal organs of nociceptor pathophysiological events that are the result of the stimulation. In this study, the antidepressant drug agomelatine, we investigated its antinonciceptif effect using by two techniques, hot plate and mechanical claw. Drugs centrally-acting pathways Investigated by hot plate method, peripheral effects is investigated by that mechanical paw with drawal method use dearlier studies put forward, despite the experimental methods due to insufficient we study both methods; as a result of our study we can suggest that hot plate can be useful for central acting drugs, and mechanical paw with drawal technique can be used for testing drugs peripheric antinociceptive effects. In this study we also investigate the antinociceptive pathways of an antidepressant drug Agomelatine (derivative of Melatonine) By using two different technique hot plate and mechanical paw with drawal test: As result of our study we can suggest that Agomelatine's antinociceptives though as Central and peripheric because of its synergistic effects (MT1, MT2 Agonist, 5HT2C antagonist) by both pathway but it can be suggest it is acting more likely as peripheric because of it's Seratonin antogonisma
