An evaluation of Ahi Testatilation of business ethics principles in constitutional business world: A research in Sakarya province

Business ethics is one of the important issues that should be emphasized today, as it has been in every period. The meticulousness of businesses and employees about business ethics can directly affect the welfare level of societies. Today, the free market economy, that is, the capitalist system, dominates the world. Inequality in income distribution, high labor force and low income affect people's daily lives negatively. However, in the understanding of Akhism, there is an understanding for the society, not the individual. The capitalist order, in which thousands of people work in shifts, has not been implemented in the Akhism. In this direction, this research has been prepared in order to touch on the concepts of ethics and business ethics, to give information about the development process and scope of business ethics, to touch on business ethics and practices in the ahi organization, and to determine the application of business ethics practices in today's business world. The literature review method was used in the creation of the conceptual parts of the research. In the literature, publications related to morality, business ethics and ahi organization were examined and transferred to the study. In the method part of the research, data were collected using the survey method, one of the quantitative research methods. Small, medium and large business owners, tradesmen and craftsmen operating in Sakarya province formed the universe of the research. A questionnaire was applied to 124 people selected by random sampling method from this universe. The data were collected online. The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS program and the findings were revealed. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the business ethics practices in the ahi organization are applied by updating with the rules of our age.
