Differences in recitation in Ahkâm commentary al-Cessâs's Ahkâmu'l-Qur'an and examples of al-Qurtubi's al-Câmi'li Ahkâmi'l-Qur'an

Ahkam tafsir deals with the verses of the Qur'an that express judgment. Hz. What the verse meant during the Prophet's time, whether it was a decree or not, was revealed by the Prophet himself. It could be learned and understood from the Prophet. In this study, which consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, the tafsir of al-Jaṣṣās and al-Qurtubi have been examined, based on the differences in recitation. In the introduction part, the main sources used while giving information about the subject, purpose, method and scope of the study are explained. In the first chapter, after giving basic information about the science of recitation, the effect of the science of recitation on the differences in interpretation in the field of tafsir and fiqh, and summary information about the author of both tafsir, is also included in the first chapter. In the second part, we discussed the sources used by al-Jaṣṣās and al-Qurtubi such as tafsir, hadith, fiqh, theology, language and history, and the methods and approaches of tafsir tafsir about tafsir and jurisprudence. In the third part, the approach of the commentators to the recitations and their preferences to make judgments based on this are discussed.
