Vocabulary related to the concept fields of Ahlat Central dialect

The subject of this study is the determination of the words in ten different conceptual fields in the Ahlat district center dialect of Bitlis province and their examination according to the onomastic methods. Ahlat central dialect has a different place in the group of Eastern Anatolian dialects of Turkey Turkish. Ahlat has been an important point for Turkish communities coming from Central Asia to Anatolia. Ahlat, which hosts various communities, is very rich in terms of vocabulary. Thus far, various dialect studies have been carried out about Ahlat but many of them have focused on the dialect's sound and morphological features. Although vocabulary elements are mentioned in these studies conducted on compiled texts, the vocabulary in the concept areas has not been fully examined. The study's content is the vocabulary collected during field research. The words found in ten different conceptual fields (kinship, tools, plants, natural events, clothes, diseases, animals, architecture, organs, and agriculture) in the Ahlat dialect, which is our study area, were examined according to onomastic analysis methods.
