Analysis of the Divan of Ahmed-i Dâ'î

In our study titled Ahmed-i Dâ'î's Divanı Analysis, Ahmed-i Dâ'î's poems in the repository of the Turkish Divan, which largely made his poems heavenly, have been analyzed. The study was based on Mehmet Özmen's Ahmed-i Dâ'î Divan (Text- Grammar- Facsimile), which was published by the Turkish Language Association in 2001. First, all the couplets were transferred to today's Turkish, and then the poems in Ahmed-i Dâ'î's Divan were conceptually classified according to the full analysis method. In our study, first of all, information about the classified concepts was given, then the use of concepts in the tradition of divan poetry was explained, and finally, the poet's use of these concepts in his odes and ghazals was expressed in a way to create a composition with examples from couplets. With this study, the tendencies of Ahmed-i Dâ'î, who lived in the early 15th century and wrote works in various fields, in the world of imagination and analogy were revealed. In addition, it is aimed to express more clearly not only the place of the poet in the Turkish poetry of the 15th century, but also the place of the poet in Turkish poetry from the past to the future.
