Investigation of AHP-fuzzy AHP and an application on determining the priorities in the purchase of accounting services of businesses

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the procurement process of the financial consultancy service, which is a serious building block in maintaining the order on the economic ground, and the criteria that affect it. For this analysis, enterprises in Giresun province were chosen as the sample. A survey was conducted on the selected sample on the subject. The results obtained with the survey study were compiled and turned into data. The data obtained were analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process methods using Microsoft Excel program. As a result of this analysis, it has been determined that the most important criterion in the selection of financial advisors of enterprises in Giresun province is the criterion of trust. Criteria impact weights were also determined in other criteria that affect decision processes, especially the criterion of trust. Accordingly, it has been determined that trust, location and social perception criteria have the most impact on the decision process in Giresun. In addition, it has been determined that there are private life, external factors and relationship criteria that have the least impact on the decision process. The results obtained have been compiled as a whole and interpreted.
