Security of person under AİHS

In matter / breath of this study, having been sent the court files to Europen Court of Human Rights concerned with human security of article number five and how the court had commented.This work has been studied accoding to the juries prudences of Europen Court of Human Rights and therefore our aim is to explain that have to provide arrested person security and assurance problems.In the first part of our study, the personal freedom and security is recognised, in which case and conditions could be made restrictions in sequence, have been counted restricted conditions and studied the one main article five by us.In second part ou our study; rights given to the person whose freedom is restricted and these rights have been studied by us on the Europen Court of Human Rights, article 2, 3, 4, 5 under main article five.KEYWORDSContract of Eropen Court of Human RightsEropen Court of Human RightsPersonal Freedom and SecurityArrest and CatchLegal Proceding
