Organizational citizenship in family business: A case study in Gaziantep

Fundamental of organizational citizenship concept, depends on year 1980 to the organizational behavior and management study. It seems unimportant in administrating but when we examine it, in whole organization concept, it has important place. This kind of behavior can not recognized in job description, at the same time if the staff can not show this kind of behavior, nobody can punished them. At the conclusion in this study we want to examine organizational citizenship behavior with whole concept in family business, which has an activity in Gaziantep with academic literature and practice.
