Abstract (EN)

11 ABSTRACT Nowadays, the most considerable subject of organizations is management function. When one considering the near past can easily observe that today's concept of business has changed with the effect of globalization facts through the world. Those who wanted to change voluntarily and want to be exist new global economic perceptiveness, according with changes, have gained competition power over reluctance ones. Within the concept of developments in management, firms have to be institutionalized in order to be alive and permanent in the market. Through this process, concept of being professional and raising managers becomes important for family firms. The family firms besides contributing extensive added values to countries economies and economical influences, through creating employment, being a balancing factor politically and socially, positive effects by supporting interregional development, brings once more the importance of family firms in the foreground. The purpose of this research is to assess more comprehensive nature of family business and to identify succession and unsuccession factors by survey on first, second and third generation business owners
