Family sport life coach and its effects

The aim of this study was the necessity of family sports and sports life coaching practice in Turkey's dissemination of sports and to determine the possible impact in terms of public health. In the province of Sakarya, "life coaching scale" was applied besides the personal information questionnaire prepared by the researcher who was thought to be related to sports. In comparison, LSD test, one-way analysis of variance and t-tests were used. Life coach scale score was 84 on the average. According to the age categories, there was a significant difference only in the human factor subscale (p <0.05). According to professions; There was a significant difference in team approach, development acceleration, human appraisal subscale dimensions and total scale coaching scores (p <0.05). Significant differences were found between life coaching scale scores according to participants' sporting status (p <0.05). There was no significant difference in coaching scale sub-dimensions and total scores according to participation in the course or certificate program related to management and leadership (p> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the ones who did not get into coaching education and those who did not (p <0.05). There was a significant difference in the assessment of humanity, acceleration of development and total scale scores according to the status of participation in any coaching application (p <0,05 and p <0,001). There was a significant difference in coaching scale subscales in terms of open communication and developmental acceleration and total scores when children were directed to the spore (p <0,05). Conclusion: Family sports life coach was found the effective of directing children to the sport. The Family sport Life coach system should be established and supported. Family sports life coach should be widespread for the dissemination of sports and with the sport oriented of children.
