Consequences of family intervention to work life: Moderator effects of individualism and uncertainty avoidance

In this study, the effect on basic variables that interfere with family intervention to work life have been investigated. These variables, life satisfaction, burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention is redundancy. individualism and uncertainty avoidance moderator effects were examined in this relationship. The research data through the survey, employees in the private sector in Istanbul and Trabzon face to face interviews with 525 respondents was obtained as a result. SPSS 21 and AMOS 20 software packages were used for data analysis. and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis performed in order to assess the validity of the scale of work is located between variables correlation analysis to test the hypothesis and to obtain videos have been applied to the regression analysis. The results obtained, work-family boundary theory and in line with expectations, the relationship between family life and work life satisfaction of the intervention shows that the role of moderator variables individualism and uncertainty avoidance.
