Özet (EN)
Today, the machinability of the materials used in the manufacturing sector is popular research works. With the development of new technologies and manufacturing processes in production processes more than a short time has become possible to be able to produce high-quality and inexpensive. Thus, competition is high to compete in this milieu easier to come up. In this study, in mold aplications are widely used of AISI D2 Cold Work Tool Steel drilling cutting forces, surface roughness, circularity and tool wear values of the hole are examined and evaluated the findings. Dry drilling conditions, drilling operations in CNC machining center hole diameter of 5 mm TiN, TiAlN, and Fire-coated tools are used. Performance respectively the best tools, the best results were obtained and the Fire coated TiN coated tool in this second, third, it was followed by TiAlN coated tool. In addition, the type of cutting tool used cutting speed and progress in drilling performance was observed to be effective.
