AK Party's transportation policies (2012-2018)

AK Party`s (a political party which is government right now) vision has a lot of transportation declarations, aims and politics in their election declarations and government plans. Also, while AK Party is government, always their most important discourse is investments in transportation systems. AK Party is a political party which is famous for their investments in separated roads, high speed trains, airports and harbour. However, there is discussion topic between AK Party`s transportation aims and politics which have been adopted and investments in transportation which have been done since they become government. In this thesis, AK Party`s transportation politics and investments are analysed by using document analysis method according to their elimination declarations and government plans about transportation means which are roadways, railways, seaways, airways and pipeline transports. Also, this thesis includes how AK Party`s transportation politics and investments are changed, which situations they faced, how much they succeed their transportation investments to reach their aims and how consistent are transportation investments and transportation aims and politics in the period between 2002 and 2018.
