In this study; It was aimed to determine the organizational justice perceptions of academic staff in universities and to examine their relationship with virtual loafing. In the study, the data were collected by applying the survey method. The questionnaires were answered on a voluntary basis by all participants. In the study in which 271 people participated, the data of 257 people were analyzed due to missing data. The data were analyzed with SPSS 20 statistical package program; reliability and normality, regression anda nova analyzes were done. The sample of the research consists of the academic staff in Çağ University operating in Mersin and Çukurova University operating in Adana. Organizational justice scale developed by Moorman Niehoff (1993) and virtual slacking scales developed by Blanchard and Henle (2008) were used as data collection tools. Considering the results of the analysis, when the responses of the participants regarding justice are analyzed, it is seen that there is a fair understanding in the organizations they work with, and the level of virtual slackening increases as the perception of the organizational juztice increases. In addition, it has beendetermined that the perception of organizational justice of academic staff does not differ by gender.
