In modern age, organizations provide big developments about working by human oriented. Satisfaction of employees affects job performance. So, this situation reflects performance of organization. Providing motivation that employees need for reaching success has significant role for organization. This motivation is requirementin terms of happiness of employees, interest to their job, teamworking. The must perform effort in order to do not lose this motivation. Physical, social and economic conditions affects people due to many reasons. All of these conditions may affect person either positive way or negative way. As a result of these effects, consept of stress that is not ressitable occurs. In this study, we analyzed the working motivations of university scholars.They encounter stress in their job or private life that also the impact on business motivation were examined.In this study, survey has been applied on 240 scholars, in 9 universities and investigated the relationship of scholars job stress and motivation.
