Abstract (EN)

Means of transport, used to transport people's needs and goods from one area to another. These tools include all the tools from ancient times to the present. Intelligent traffic signaling systems are needed due to the increase in the number of vehicles in the traffic, the insufficiency of the areas around the roads used and the inability to expand these roads or lower / upper roads. At present, traffic control is not sufficient due to the fixed time of the traffic system mechanisms. A number of intelligent methods have emerged to prevent time loss and economic problems. In this study, Fuzzy Logic (BM) method and Petri Nets (PA) were applied based on the actual data collected at certain times of the day for intelligent control of traffic lights at a four-way intersection. The performances of the BM and PA were compared with the classical (fixed-time) performances.According to the results obtained, both the economy and the time of the petri-net method is seen in the first place. Then the fuzzy logic method and finally the classical method were observed. According to the results obtained, both the economy and the time of the petri netting method gave the best results. It was observed that 849 vehicles were passing in PA 755 s, 375 vehicles in BM 910 s and 341 vehicles in 920 s in the conventional method.
